Pozsonyi út elején, a Palatinus házakkal szemben, SILOS gabonaraktár. Újlipótváros ezen területén a 19.-20. században virágzott a malomipar, itt kapott helyet a Pannonia gőzmalom, az Erzsébet malom és a Victoria gőzmalom is.
