Téglalap alakú UEFA-kupa 2004/2005, Heart of Midlothian FC–FTC kitűző patentos tüskével. A fekete színű középmezőt alul és felül egy-egy zöld színű sáv keretezi ezüstszínű felirattal: 2004/05 UEFA Cup / Heart of Midlothian F.C. v Ferencváros. Középen, a Heart of Midlothian FC és az FTC címere között, az UEFA-kupa serlegének ezüstszínű rajza, felette ezüstszínű Group A felirat. A címerek alatt ezüstszínű rubrikák: Murrayfield Stadium / 0:1 / 16.12.2004.

2004-ben a Fradi bejutott a 2004/2005-ös UEFA-kupa verseny csoportkörébe, ahol megmérkőzött a Heart of Midlothian FC (2004. december 16., Heart of Midlothian FC–FTC 0–1) csapatával.

A kitűző több színváltozatban készült.
