Szabályos kocka alakú, tömör vasból készült kockatest. Ebbe esztergálással kimélyítve a 20 mm átm, egyenes falú tintatartály, aminek a kocka fölé magasodó szája ötszörös csavarmenet. Rácsavarozható fedele bronzból készült, egyenes, élén kettős, rovátkolt bordával
