Description

A zománcozott 5 ágú vörös csillag közepén népköztársasági címer van rátett aranyozott zománcozott kivitelben. Felül ráforrasztott, hátulról előre hajtott füllel. A hátoldal közepén ráöntött 1949 évszám. Háromszögletű kétszeresen fehér-piros, fehér-zöld-fehér csíkkal ellátott szalagon. Szalagsávja is megvan. Az Elnöki Tanács adományozta Füstös József tű.hadnagynak 1951. november 1-én. Doboza is van.
