Bod Éva (Budapest, 1924 március 7. - Budapest, 2004. november 21.)
1948-1953: Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem Természettudományi Kar kémia-fizika szak. Autodidakta, 1960 óta foglalkozik kerámiával. 1980: Céramique Moderne díja, VII. Nemzetközi Kerámia Biennálé, Vallauris; 1982: Munkácsy-díj; 1994: Magyar Köztársasági Érdemrend kiskeresztje. Tevékenysége első évtizedeiben főként korongozott edényeket, fali tálakat és mozaik fali képeket készített. Saját előállítású mázaival, magas hőfokon égő alapanyagaival újszerű felületi hatásokat valósított meg. Az 1980-as évektől kerámia figurákat készít. (artportal.hu)
